How to schedule notifications Push alerts

1.  Login EMMA website and go to My Account > Alerts




2.  Add your alert preferences:


Contact email: Add email where you want to received your campaign alerts. You can add multiple emails so, in this case, you should enter it separated by commas.

Campaign activity: Check the boxes you want to receive alerts about if the campaigns have not this event data since 1 week:

Clicks Campaign clicks
Installs Non-organic new users
Sales Sales coming from non-organic users

 Insert the rates below which the alert will be fired:


ITR less than Install Through Rate. Clicks/Installs x 100
Installs Lead Through Rate. Installs/Leads x 100


Campaign costs: Add the amount above or below which the alert will be fired.


Cost greater than Total campaign cost 
CPC greater than Cost per click 
CPI greater than cost per isntall 
CPL greater than Cost per lead 
ROI less than Return on investment (Net profit/Investment x 100)


Campaign expiration: Select how many days before the campaign expires you want to receive an alert. You should consider that if you select 0, you won't receive any alert.

Report: Select if you want to receive a weekly or monthly report of the acquisition or communication section.


 Click on Submit and you'll start receiving alerts once the preferences fired them.



What is measured in notifications Push

Opens the exported .csv file, dividing it by commas. The document will show the breakdown by campaign and from each of them you will get the following information:

Hour Shipping time of notification Push
Segment name of the segment selected 
Campaign Name of the push campaign

Number of push EMMA try to send

Delivered Number of devices the push finally has been sent
Opens  Number of devices that hace click on the notification
OR Percentage of devices that have opened the push among the total delivered per campaign
Session Number of openings/visits in the app/mobile site.
Transaction Purchases associated with this notification
Register Registered users associated with this notification
First Login First time that user made a login in app/mobile site
Buyers User who have made a sale
Revenue Transaction orders value

Number of times that each of the events were performed, both those that come by default in EMMA and those that you determine for your app
