Communication Report. Measuring the results

Communication Report

1. Login EMMA and go to Communication > Communication Reports

2. Select the communication format of Push or In-App and the date you want to consult:

In the middle you can find two drop-down menus that will help you filter and get the data you need. These change according to Push or In-App selections

Push

  • All Push Campaigns: all campaigns with data according to the selected dates will be displayed

In-App

  • All In-App Campaigns: all campaigns with data according to the selected dates will be displayed
  • All formats: all formats available in EMMA will be displayed

3. You can see two distinct areas:

The first shows the statistics of the selected campaigns in general: 

Push

  • In the case of the Push, we will meet:

In the first part the 4 main Push KPIs:

  • Sent: Number of push that have been attempted to be sent via EMMA
  • Delivered: Number of devices to which the push was sent
  • Opened: Number of devices that have opened the notification
  • Open Rate: Percentage of sent versus opened Push Notifications (Open/Sent)

We see a graph with the evolution of notifications. You can filter by days, months or years.

  • Total Opens: total of open push in the selected date range
  • Total Conversions: total of conversions made in the selected date range
  • Total Open Rate: OR total in the selected date range

Finally, you will be able to see a funnel of conversion of the campaign you have selected to the corresponding event. The funnel shall be broken down as follows:

  • Delivered: users who received the push
  • Opened: of those who received the Push how many users opened it
  • Active Viewed: of the users who opened it, how many made this event

In-App

  • In the case of In-App campaigns we can see:

In the first part the 4 main KPIs of In-App communications:

  • Impressions: Number of impressions of your In-App Messages
  • Unique Impressions: Number of unique impressions of your In-App Messages
  • Clicks: Number of clicks of your In-App Messages
  • CTR: Click Through Rate of impressions versus clicks of your In-App Messages

We see a graph with the evolution of the campaigns. You can filter by days, months or years

  • Total Impressions: total impressions in the selected date range
  • Total Clicks: total number of clicks in the selected date range
  • Total CTR: total percentage in the selected date range

Finally, you will be able to see a funnel of conversion of the campaign you have selected to the corresponding event. The funnel shall be broken down as follows:

  • Impressions: users who saw In-App communication
  • Clicks: of those who saw the In-App communication how many users clicked
  • Active Viewed: of the users who clicked, how many did this event

The second shows in a table the individual statistics for each of the selected campaigns.

The attribution window sets the times that a Push campaign can be assigned if the user interacts with the Push (opens it) and buys after that

Indirect Conversion

Sales that are not associated with the push tag, but that are associated to the push during the push life

Indirect revenue

The revenue that the indirect sales have generated

Direct Conversion

Sales that are associated with the same code sent in the push tag during the push life

Direct revenue

The revenue that the direct sales have generated per campaign

Total Conversions

Direct Conversion + Indirect Conversion

Total revenue

Direct Revenue + Indirect Revenue

AOV

Average Order Value: Total revenue/total sales

SCH. Date

Date when the push was scheduled

Repeat

The repetition of Push (daily, weekly, monthly)

Sent date

Date when the push was delivered

Timezone

Timezone criteria selected

Custom Events

The events you have defined for your application

Measures the number of times that the user interacts with the communication per campaign

CTR

Percentage of devices that have click in the communication among the total impressions per campaign

Redeems

The number of times that the coupon has been exchanged

Redeem Average

Total average value of redeems by attendees

Custom Events

The events you have defined for your application

You can filter in the Search box at the top right of the table

Important information

With this new communication Report, you need to know:

  • The data is displayed according to the dates you have selected, they are NOT accumulative
  • Even if a campaign is active, if the dates you select have not collected data, it will not be shown in the table
  • Campaigns that have been deleted before data collection will not be displayed
  • If you perform an Export of the "Individual Stats", this will be done as you see in the table itself, only the columns of the KPIs and campaigns that were selected will appear
