3. You can see two data tables when you select the communication format:

In the first data table you can report the global data of the campaigns:

Campaigns

Number of communication campaigns scheduled.

Total impressions

Number of times that the communication has been displayed.

Total clicks

Measures the number of times that the user interacts with the communication.

Total CTR

Percentage of devices that have click in the communication among the total impressions.

In the second data table you can report the data of each communication:

Status

Active or inactive depends on the communication start/end date.

Name or url

Name of the communication or the url that you introduce to show in the communication.

Segment

User segment selected for the communication.

Impressions

Number of times that the communication has been displayed per campaign.

An impression is calculated at the time it's displayed on the device. In the case of the AdBall, Banner, Dynamic Tab and Coupon, the impression is calculated when the creativity is displayed before the webview redirection.

In the case of Startview, the impression is calculated when the webview is displayed in fullscreen of the device.

Clicks

Measures the number of times that the user interacts with the communication per campaign.

In the case of Banner, AdBall, Dynamic Tab and Coupon are calculated in the time you click on the communication to be redirected or to be displayed the webview.

In the case of Startview, there are differences according to the OS (in iOS, the click is calculated as the impression of the webview and in Android if it's a classic campaign, isn't counted. If it's a Rules campaign, it's counted as an interaction in anywhere of the webview).

On the strip doesn't apply.

CTR

Percentage of devices that have click in the communication among the total impressions per campaign

4. The Coupon format has also different properties that you will see in the table:

  • Redeems: the number of times that the coupon has been exchanged.
  • Redeems average: total average value of redeems by attendees.
  • Title: title of the coupon
  • Promo code: promotion code used to redeem coupons.

Important note. The segments applied to EMMA communication campaigns are dynamic and they are updated every 15 minutes. This updating is made at sharp, quarter, and half hours.

This means that if there is a communication scheduled at 14:20 pm and the user enters in the database or changes any of its attributes at 14:25, the user will not display the communication until 14.30 pm.
